You have 7 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange.

Damaged or Incomplete Orders Only

We accept returns or exchanges only if you received a damaged bottle or a bottle that was less than full. Clear photo or video proof must be provided at the time of delivery or within 24 hours of receiving the order.

Processing Time

3 to 5 Working Days

Once we verify your proof and approve the request, we process it within 3 to 5 working days.

Delivery Charges

Not Refundable

Original delivery charges are non-refundable. Exchange orders require a new delivery fee.

The Tester Box is sold exclusively for sampling purposes and cannot be returned or exchanged.
