Refund policy

  • Return/Exchange requests are processed within 3-5 working days.

  • Delivery charges are not refundable for exchange or return orders.

  • Ensure your product meets the return eligibility criteria:

    • 50ml bottles only

    • Product must be unopened and unused

  • Our team will review your request and guide you through the return process.

  • Tester Box (Sample Box) is not refundable as it is solely for fragrance testing purposes.

  • If the cellophane, testers, or the box are missing, or if the box is damaged beyond the condition it was delivered in, small charges may apply.
